Once you submit a print job, you can print out at any Stanford Printing station.

Where can I print posters?

Two resources on campus for posters are the Lathrop Tech Desk and Kinkos.
You can order posters at the Lathrop Tech Desk in person or do so online.
Lathrop is located in between the oval and Memorial Auditorium. The Tech Desk is on the 1st floor.
Kinkos is located on the 2nd floor of Tresidder, near the Student Services Center.

How do I pay for printing?

As a student, you can sign up for the Stanford Card Plan or use the Credit to Card available from Green Library.

The Stanford Card Plan (SCP) https://sfs.stanford.edu/ is like a credit card with a limit of $1,000. The SCP can be used for printing, the Stanford Bookstore, and several on-campus eateries and dining halls. Therefore, if you print $10 worth of paper, you will be charged using your SCP and your University bill will reflect those charges. Each quarter, your $1,000 limit will be reset automatically. You can enroll in the SCP in the Fall, Winter, or Spring Quarter, which covers you for the rest of the academic year. Once you enroll in the SCP, you won't have to do so again. After you sign up for the SCP, it takes up to a day to receive the credit.

If you replace your Stanford ID card, the balance moves automatically to the new ID card.

If you add funds to your ID card, those funds will be used before SCP.

For information on adding funds to the Credit to Card, go to http://printingcredit.stanford.edu.

For additional information, go to http://library.stanford.edu/using/print-copy-scan.

I am not a current Stanford Student, Staff or Faculty (i.e. Visiting Scholars, Retirees, Other Affiliates). Why won't my Stanford ID card work?

We are working hard to get the Visitor Scholar cards to work with our printing system. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to identify them at login or at the printing credit site.  Please use a Stanford Credit to Card Printing card available at Green library. We are  sorry for the inconvenience.
