The Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2016 - 2018 and Its Mission

                                             

So that we can better serve our residents and businesses and to meet the community's need, a Palo Alto Public Works Department Strategy Plan was created.  This Plan will help us make informed decisions about where to best direct our resources most efficiently, as well as outline our Division goals and how we expect to measure our progress towards accomplishing them.
