Negative Verbiage in Reports (idea)

Hey guys, we have been starting to utilize the system but we've noticed that any negative data incorporate some strong words to re-inforce negativity. Thins like "just" "only" "significantly reduced" when rather we'd like to see things like "slightly" or words that aren't as Negative. Makes it harder to report when this is supposed to make it easier. We feel some words should just be taken out entirely, we don't need "just" or "only" just provide that data. Thanks!! :)

Wordsmith for Marketing really is a great product. The insights it provides are actionable and the reports as a whole are easily digestible at an executive level. It's a little rough around the edges as a newer reporting platform, but our rep takes our feedback seriously and keeps us updated on the newest integrations. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Wordsmith for almost a year now, and are very happy with it. We’re digging the continued add-ons like the Adwords and Facebook integrations. Anyone who’s been trained to make use of Adword data knows it’s not easy, fun, or cheap to train new hires. Definitely would recommend.

To be honest, I didn’t even know tools like this existed until I stumbled upon them recently, but it's been a pretty cool tool. We’re now able to offer clients some seriously robust recaps of their site traffic, which has definitely helped our dealings with them.

The Wordsmith for marketing tools have cut down hours per week of pulling stats for various clients. Love the ability to edit the reports for clients who want to add/remove certain info and the mix of text with graphics is helpful for explaining the meaning behind the numbers.
