Carlos Brito is chief executive officer of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the leading global brewer and one of the world’s top five consumer products companies. A Brazilian citizen, Brito earned a degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and an MBA from Stanford University.

He joined Anheuser-Busch InBev in 1989; was appointed zone president of the company’s Latin America North business in 2004; zone president, North America in January 2005; and CEO in December 2005. Prior to joining the company, he held positions at Shell Oil and Daimler Benz.
