Four components are required for you to complete the application process for Stanford LEAD.
Required Materials
| Online Application | The online application requires you to provide basic personal contact and professional background information, as well as the following three components: essay, professional recommendation, and video interview recording. |
| Essay | Provide a statement that describes an area of your organization where you would like to make an impact, either inside or outside your current functional role. |
| Professional Recommendation | You will need to request a professional recommendation online from either a supervisor or another stakeholder in your professional success. |
| Online Video Interview | You will login to an online video interview system to record one-minute responses to two questions: one from the LEAD faculty director, and one from a LEAD alum. You will have an opportunity to walk-through a computer setup process and practice prior to recording your responses. |
