Training Schedule

Training sessions will be led by Gary Dexter, Yifat Sharabi-Levine, and Collins Dobbs at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Sessions will include a mix of class, T-group, and debriefing sessions.

In addition, trainees will have weekly reading and preparation assignments. Weekly preparation takes approximately two to three hours.

Spring Quarter 2020: Facilitate Student T-group with an Experienced Co-Facilitator

Each trainee will be assigned to one of the following four sections of the Interpersonal Dynamics course. Trainees will be paired with an experienced co-facilitator who will act as a mentor over the quarter. Each pair will facilitate a T-group of 12 MBA students. While trainees will have an opportunity to express a preference for a particular section, trainees should be prepared to be flexible regarding section assignment.

Academic Year 2020-21: Facilitation with an Experienced Facilitator

Table below shows activities that are in addition to weekly class, clinic, T-group, and weekend T-group sessions. Training faculty will continue to be available as a 1:1 resource to trainees, co-facilitators, and clinic faculty as the year progresses.

Spring 2021 Final 1:1
After completing the second and third quarters of facilitation, facilitators have a final meeting with training faculty to review their growth and discuss continuing facilitation. Our goal is that all trainees are welcomed into our ongoing facilitator community. This step, however, will be based on successful performance.
