The Corporations and Society Initiative engages in dialogue, learning, and leadership at the intersection of markets, businesses, governments, and society to promote more accountable capitalism and governance.
CASI aims to facilitate broad engagement across disciplinary barriers and with multiple audiences, recognizing our collective responsibility to ensure that markets and institutions can best serve society.
We organize and connect two constituencies in academia, students and academics, to rethink basic principles and assumptions that govern the essential relationships between corporations and society. We collaborate outside of a single silo, convening experts from many fields in the social sciences and the law. CASI values are put into practice through research, advocacy, education, and events.
