Reapplicants

If you have applied within the last three years, the reapplication process is somewhat simpler because a number of credentials are still on file in our office and may be reused.

The applicant pool for our program is invariably large and competitive. The admissions committee does not generally encourage reapplication unless there has been a significant change in your credentials.

Examples are:

  • Relevant coursework in which you received excellent marks
  • Improved test scores
  • Additional or newly acquired research exposure

Application Materials

You must provide the following as part of your reapplication to the PhD Program:

Letters of Reference

Although you are required to register three referees before submitting your online application, you may use two reference letters from your previous application if it was submitted less than three years ago. Simply re-register two of your original referees and add a third.
