  • links to acquisition policy information.

Small Business Opportunities - EPA's Office of Small Business Programs fosters opportunities for partnerships, contracts, subagreements, and grants for small and socioeconomically-disadvantaged concerns. This website includes a list of active contracts and information about presolicitation notices and current solicitations.

Contract Management under Superfund - includes contracting opportunities for removal action, remedial response, support services, technical enforcement, and policy, program management, and administrative services.

Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) - EPA is required to designate products that are or can be made with recovered materials, and to recommend practices for buying these products. Once a product is designated, procuring agencies are required to purchase it with the highest recovered material content level practicable. This site includes information and resources explaining EPA's CPG Program.

Environmentally Preferable Purchasing (EPP) - The EPP Program helps agencies across the federal government comply with green purchasing requirements.
