Time limitations prevent Archives staff from performing extensive searches and selecting documents for copying. The Archives maintains a list of graduate students and others who are willing to do research and duplication for a fee. To request a copy of the list please contact carol [dot] leadenham [at] stanford [dot] edu.

It is your responsibility to communicate directly with the research assistants on the list. The recommended minimum fee is $15 per hour, but most of the research assistants charge more, in the $20 to $30 per hour range. To copy materials, research assistants may use their cameras or a self-service photocopy machine in the reading room. Photocopies cost $0.15 each, plus postage, which will be included in the research assistant's bill.
