A new report that looks at the skill of using technology to solve problems ranks American worker 18th out of 18 participating industrial countries.Even workers with college degrees and graduate or professional degrees don’t stack up favorably against their international peers. Earlier research has shown that American students from families with high levels of education are also not doing well compared with similar students from other countries.
