Axess Salary Planning (currently Oracle's PeopleSoft)
Annual salary planning is facilitated using the Salary Planning module in Axess. Use job aids, guides, and sample salary letters to successfully manage the salary planning process in your area. Staff Compensation provides planning tools and user support services.
Human Resources Management System (currently Oracle's PeopleSoft)
Employee and retiree records are managed using a system accessed by a limited number of employees. Systems Solutions provides user testing and support services. View HRMSÂ instructions, procedures and job aids, or login to the system.
Learning Management System (STARS; currently Oracle's PeopleSoft ELM)
Learning and enrollment administrators use STARS to enroll learners and track learning completion; view STARS tools and training.
Performance Management System (currently Oracle's Taleo Perform)
The Performance Management at Stanford program is is used by many schools and VP areas to bring a consistent approach to performance feedback and evaluations. Tools and training are provided and Learning & Organizational Effectiveness provides guidance and user support services.
Simple Eval (currently PeopleSoft)
Simple Eval is a performance management system used by several VP areas to facilitate local performance conversations and for a repository for annual evaluations.
