+josan14basket The computer can analyze certain patterns that are programmed into it - while at high level it might fall short, in basic education you're looking for a number of patterns in the average essay.
I can ofcourse do the grammar and spelling for the teacher and take over that side entirely. It can also REALLY EASILY cross-reference online and will find any identical sections you might have creatively filched.
It could provide a number of assisting measures like that I can just think off - so I'm sure that if a group of teachers put their heads together. They can come up with even more things a computer could take over for them so they can then focus on actually teaching the kind as opposed to going paper by paper skimming through it (like most teachers do right now...)
I'm sure you've seen the posts where someone started a perfectly fine paper and halfway through started writing BS and the teacher gave them a passing grade.
