Not sure if you have received any advice since you posted your comment and I don't know if this has already been suggested, but I would suggest your girlfriend and maybe even you look into a form of therapy if she feels comfortable doing that. I don't know much on therapy or sexual abuse, so this maybe the wrong thing to advise, but I think it's a start, plus it might be good to get a professional opinion on this sensitive topic so that you and your girlfriend's way of overcoming this hurdle is easier, more straightforward and safe.
