Arrillaga Family Sports Center Addition

Project Description

The addition to the Arrillaga Family Sports Center will add a total of 28,350 gsf to primarily support consolidation of the football program spaces. The basement will provide strength and conditioning space, while the first floor level will accommodate team locker space. The second level will be devoted to office, team and meeting space for the football team. 
Within the Sports Center, the scope of the project includes some redistribution of space resulting from the relocation of football operations to the addition. The project includes renovations within the existing Arrillaga Family Sports Center to accommodate office reconfigurations and backfilling. The project will include a reconfiguration of Arrillaga Plaza to accommodate the expansion of the Sports Center and is projected to be complete in October 2013.
