Bio
Dr. Baker is a Clinical Instructor in Rheumatology at Stanford University with a focus on patient care, bench research, and clinical trials. He studied at Harvard Medical School and trained in Internal Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He subsequently came to Stanford for his fellowship in Rheumatology and before becoming Clinical Instructor spent a year as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the laboratory of Dr. William Robinson. He continues to work with Dr. Robinson conducting basic research related to characterizing novel autoantibodies in ANCA-vasculitis. He is also working with Dr. Mark Genovese on several clinical trials with a focus on systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome and IgG4-related disease.
