Learn at Stanford

Stanford High School Summer College is a selective program that grants high-achieving students, ages 16 to 19, access to Stanford University undergraduate courses. This program offers an eight-week college experience that provides academic, social, and intellectual opportunities not found in a high school classroom. High School Summer College participants enroll as visiting undergraduates in Stanford’s Summer Quarter and take the same courses, taught by Stanford faculty members, as matriculated Stanford students.

Beyond the Classroom

Summer College is a time for students to complement their rich academic life with personal growth. It is a place where students can be challenged to see things in new ways, explore their beliefs, and build life-changing relationships.
