In order to design your own garden, you will need to bring a to-scale map on graph paper (created in the first class of this design course on 5/7/16), photographs of your garden landscape area, a list of chosen plant materials, and work clothes. (We will be digging and planting!)

Discover techniques for assembling and maintaining an inexpensive system and storage methods for storing rainwater and using it as irrigation. Morgan Vondrak is is owner and lead designer at Argia Designs, a California landscape design and consultation firm specializing in sustainable landscape design for over ten years. A native Californian, Morgan has designed residential and commercial gardens, landscapes and hardscapes throughout California, and she has been featured in UT San Diego’s Home and Garden Magazine and won a “Best of Houzz 2015” award.
