About the Dean

Garth Saloner, Philip H. Knight Professor and Dean

Dean Saloner, a faculty member at Stanford GSB since 1990, has taught courses in management, strategy, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce. A two-time winner of the school’s Distinguished Teaching Award, he has served as the ninth dean of the GSB since 2009.
