Fair Housing Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are looking for one full-time or part-time Fair Housing Coordinator to work out of our Sacramento office.  This is a new position to support our current Sacramento FHC in handling an increase in work due to an expansion in our service area.

Our HUD Housing Counseling Department Has Moved

Our HUD Housing Counseling Department (HHC) has moved to a new office location in Milpitas. Their new address is: The Sobrato Center, 554 Valley Way, Bldg. 4, Milpitas, CA 95053. They were previously based out of our headquarters office in Santa Clara and will now be providing all of their department-related services out of the new office location. Please be aware that if you would like to drop off your intake packet, that it would need to be taken to the new office in Milpitas.

The HHC department provides services such as putting on First Time Home Buyer Classes, Pre-Purchase, Post-Purchase & Reverse Mortgage Counseling, Foreclosure Prevention, Mortgage Delinquency & Default Counseling as well as assistance with applying for the Keep Your Home California Program.
