Rehabilitation Services

Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Outpatient Rehabilitation Services is a comprehensive therapeutic program for children of all ages outside of a hospital setting. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to function as a day hospital for children who do not require hospitalization but still need rehabilitation to aid in their recovery.
 
From evaluation and diagnosis through treatment and carry-over at home, our team of pediatric specialists collaborates to develop a fully integrated, individualized care plan for every child. Treatment is provided in a fun, positive and nurturing environment, utilizing the latest in technology, innovation and research. We are committed to working closely with referring physicians to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Our Services

Speech-Language Pathology
Provides evaluation and therapy for children with speech, language, articulation, voice and fluency disorders.

Occupational Therapy  
Focuses on optimizing a child’s function in daily self-care, school and play activities.

Physical Therapy
Evaluates and treats children with movement problems resulting from injury, disease or congenital conditions.

Motion and Gait Lab
Provides advanced diagnostic evaluations of walking disorders and upper limb motion deficits.
