Mulberry Child Care Center 2

Project Description

The center is located near the southeast corner of Serra Street, adjacent to the Acorn House Child Care Center, and backs up to El Camino Real, across from the family neighborhood of Escondido Village. The Mulberry house is on Olmsted Road with a covered main entry. A fence encloses the center’s play yard that lies west of the building. The center encompass 9,411 gsf in a residential-type, two-story building. It includes amenities similar to those at the other existing centers on campus, such as tree-shaded outdoor play areas.
