rest in peace

I've now served two years in the IL Army National Guard. I'm a PFC right now, and
reading about a fellow PFC form the past who paid the ultimate sacrifice really hit home
in my heart. I truly salute him for his sacrifice and I remember him, though I never knew him.
God bless you PFC.

I didn't know you brother, but if you went to BHS, we walked
the same halls together. I went to Nam too, only the safe way
aboard a Navy ship. I came back and you didn't. God Bless.

A hero he has fallen
In a far of lonely land
A place that we believed in
A place called Vietnam...

Rest in peace!

I'm gonna do a schoolproject about the Vietnam war and I need
help from people who were actually there... so if you have the
time and if you want to share your experiences, please write...
