Vrinda Gopal

Vrinda Gopal is an Audit Manager responsible for University audits and joined Stanford in June 2010 as Sr. Auditor for Hospitals.  Prior to Stanford, Ms. Gopal was Manager – Enterprise Risk Services at Deloitte, San Jose for four years.  She has also worked at E&Y Dubai and India offices for six years as an external auditor in US GAAP and IFRS areas.

Vrinda has over 15 years of experience in external audits of Financial Statements, Internal Audits in financial, operational & IT processes, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, project management, Oracle ERP Application implementation, Business Process re-engineering and SSAE16 audits.

Vrinda is a Certified Public Accountant and Associate Chartered Accountant. She is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
