CCRMA Summer Workshop Main Page
In collaboration with the Product Realization Lab (PRL), CCRMA presents a 3D printing workshop where participants will join a group of makers who print their own instruments. The week will consist of tutorials computer aided design, rapid prototyping of ideas, as well as a crash course in acoustics. We will design and print geometries known to produce sound: Ocarinas, borrindos, mini- daxophones, nose- flutes, whistles, pipes etc. Sessions will take place at CCRMA, and in the room 36 of the PRL.
