Do you ever arrive at the office, check email, and by the time you pick up your head it is lunchtime and you haven’t actually accomplished anything important? Do you lose precious time looking for information? Do you wake up at 2:00 am remembering something you forgot to do? Now, imagine going home with your desk clean, your inbox empty, and your mind clear. This workshop teaches you how to apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate the hidden waste in your workflow. With these intuitive and practical tools, you will be able to get your strategic priorities done instead of always putting out fires. You will be able to manage your commitments better and focus on your goals. Instead of frantically struggling to keep up with the demands on your time, you will have complete control over your work—with less stress and no fear of forgetting anything.

Due to its short format, this workshop may not be taken for Credit or a Letter Grade.
