INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
If you have enrolled in a Continuing Studies course(s), via this website, you are required to log into your Student Account to complete your request for an official transcript. The first five Continuing Studies transcripts are available free of charge. Additional copies are available for a charge of $10 per transcript.To order transcripts for Education Program for Gifted Youth (EPGY), please make your request via the EPGY website at https://spcs.stanford.edu/epgytranscripts.
If you have participated in any of the programs listed below, please download this Transcript Request Form. Complete the form, sign it, and then return it to the Continuing Studies office via fax, postal mail, or by emailing a scanned copy of the form. Please note: Federal law (FERPA) requires your signature to process any release of records. No transcripts shall be issued without it. Transcript fees for these programs may vary.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and mailing your transcript request after your home program provides your final grades to our office.
