In compliance with university policy, and to protect Stanford’s tax-exempt status, all events scheduled within the SEQ must be related to the academic, research and programmatic mission of the university.

Enlisting a Stanford sponsor is not sufficient to secure space. Stanford faculty, staff or students must be directly involved with the conceptualization, planning, execution and evaluation of the event, and must also have a significant presence at the event. 

We recieve a high volume of requests. Please allow 2-3 days for a response.
