Stanford Lawyer magazine was first printed in 1966 as a tool to communicate with the law school’s growing alumni community. Since that time, the magazine has become the flagship publication for Stanford Law School, and a highly respected and anticipated professional school magazine.
With a circulation of 15,000, Stanford Lawyer is read by alumni, students, members of government and judiciary, law firm managers, members of the media, and faculty at peer law schools and policy think tanks. As an innovator in legal education, Stanford Law School is setting the bar high for not only the academy but also, through its alumni, the profession. The magazine reflects the success and forward thinking innovation of the law school, its students and its alumni. Articles in the magazine feature alumni who are leading and making a real difference in the profession; faculty opinion about the most pressing legal issues of the day; the latest news of the school; and—of particular interest to alumni, their class news in “Classmates.”
All issues of Stanford Lawyer are available online and also available on microfiche through William S. Hein & Co., Inc., 1285 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14209-1987.
