For the fifth time in Chile, the Stanford Rock Center for Corporate Governance, a joint initiative of Stanford Law School and the Graduate School of Business at Stanford, will be co-hosting a Directors’ College program with the Centro de Gobierno Corporativo Universidad Catolica (CGCUC), a Center formed by the joint initiative of the business school and law school at UC in Santiago, Chile.

Directors’ College Chile will bring together leading Stanford and PUC Faculty, CEOs, board members, jurists, scholars, and regulators, for a rigorous and balanced examination of corporate governance, strategy and compliance. The program will be an intensive one-day program for directors and senior executives of Chilean public and private firms. The curriculum will address a broad range of problems that confront modern boards in Chile, including strategy and innovation; latest trends in corporate governance, risk management and cybersecurity.
