Amber's role in the library
I am the Curator of the Visual Resources Center (VRC). The VRC provides digital image support, primarily art images, for teaching and research purposes at Stanford University. We digitize images on request, provide image database instruction, and maintain a database with approximately 90,000 digital images that are available to the Stanford community. Our collection encompasses a broad sweep of art history with strengths in Chinese art, American art, Byzantine art, and photography. To view our digital collection please go to imagebase.stanford.edu.
