Bio
Dr. Edward Brooks specializes in the treatment of HIV infection, hepatitis C infection, and sexually transmitted infections and has been certified as an HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine since 2006. He has a special interest in HIV prevention through the use of pre-exposure prophylaxis, (PrEP), and is actively involved in educational and community efforts to raise awareness and expand access to this important intervention.
