Concerns & Complaints

Stanford University has both informal and formal mechanisms for students who have a concern that they may have been discriminated against on the basis of disability, or may not have received a disability-related accommodation, service and/or auxiliary aid they should have received.

If the interactive process with the OAE, faculty, or student does not yield an agreed-upon accommodation or service, for example, the Associate Vice Provost for Student Affairs is available to help resolve the matter.  Please contact:
