Vegetarian & Vegan Dining
R&DE Stanford Dining offers many vegetarian and vegan options in every dining hall, every day. All vegetarian and vegan options are clearly labeled (vegetarian options = VEG, vegan options = VGN) The dining halls each have the following vegetarian and vegan options available:
Breakfast:

Bagels, bread, and breakfast pastries

Oatmeal with toppings bar

Cereals with choice of organic milk or non-dairy milks (soy, rice, or almond)

Lunch and Dinner:

In addition the following dining halls have specialty items, such as:

Arrillaga Family Dining Commons has Performance Dining options that are always vegetarian and often vegan.

Stern Dining Hall has tofu burritos or bowls at the Cardinal Sage station.

Wilbur Dining Hall has vegetarian pho at the Star Ginger station.
