Doesn't make sense to me to fine whom gets food stamps such as duh the has such little wealth that the gets food stamps you psychotic U.S. Gov. employees such as it's so obvious you Gov. employees are psychotic for fining such people whom get food stamps if the doesn't have health insurance.
