Mini-super Tuesday (can we start calling these something different?) is here, bringing the results of an additional five states and one territory. Florida, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and the Northern Mariana Islands will participate in respective primary polls and caucuses to determine their bids for the Democratic and Republican nominees.
This week saw some pretty exciting news for Ohio voters after a judge ruled in favor of allowing 17-year-olds the right to vote in the state's primaries, making the already massive stakes even higher. Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted originally announced 17-year-olds wouldn't be allowed to vote in today's primary, however the Bernie Sanders camp promptly sued and won—a smart move for a candidate with a largely millennial voter base. Florida will also be an important win for Democratic nominees, Sen. Sanders and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
