This Month's Topic: From Chaos to Confidence: The Caregiver Tool Box

Family caregiving is a 24/7  labor of love. Caregivers are mediators, advocates and learn constantly from on the job "training" and trial by fire.  Our first session of the academic year is designed to help you approach the role of a caregiver as that of any other "professional job." We will discuss time and budget management, team building, resource allocation and the skills necessary to prioritize tasks. Please come to this session with a list of your caregiver challenges and concerns.

*NOTE: Lots of construction happening near the Poplar modular. Parking is very limited due to construction of new ChEM-H & Neuro buildings. Please plan accordingly if seeking parking near the modular. Parking alternatives: Via Ortega Garage, Searsville Lot, Stock Farm Garage and lots 17 & 18. Please see a map of the affected area and the parking alternatives.

Open to all Stanford faculty, staff, retirees, postdocs and students. BeWell Berry available for eligible employees.
