This Month's Topic: The Geriatric Care Assessment: Issues, Priorities and Goals

We will review the key components of a professional  geriatric care assessment used by medical providers to help diagnose and evaluate clients coping with both cognitive and functional decline. During our session, the speaker will guide you through completing a personalized geriatric care assessment. Session will be interactive.
 

*NOTE: Lots of construction happening near the Poplar modular. Parking is very limited due to construction of new ChEM-H & Neuro buildings. Please plan accordingly if seeking parking near the modular. Parking alternatives: Via Ortega Garage, Searsville Lot, Stock Farm Garage and lots 17 & 18.
