Jed Perl, art critic and writer, discusses his new book Calder: The Conquest of Time: The Early Years: 1898 - 1940 with Alexander S. C. Rower, President of the Calder Foundation. Perl's book is the first ever biography of Alexander Calder, the acclaimed twentieth-century sculptor.
This program is presented in collaboration with PACE Palo Alto.
Books will be available for purchase and a book signing will follow the program.
