The Stanford Global Projects Center is located at the Yang & Yamazaki Energy & Environment (Y2E2) building at Stanford University. We research new ways to finance, develop, and invest in critical infrastructure worldwide.

Registration for the 2018 Digital Cities Summit is now open! GPC's Second Annual Digital Cities Summit will take place on February 26th and 27th, 2018 in McCaw Hall at the Stanford University Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center.

The GPC along with the CDDRL and Common Good hosted a “Renewing American Infrastructure” roundtable in February 2017.  The roundtable brought together policymakers from the public and private sectors as well as academia to develop recommendations for federal infrastructure reforms in the US.

The GPC's new case study on Queensland Motorways in Australia looks at an existing toll road network which was contributed in-kind by the Queensland government to its defined-benefit pension fund in 2011.

Showcasing how the GPC has influenced large-scale, global projects by bringing together insights from diverse disciplines, the Stanford Office of International Affairs recently published an interview with Professor Levitt, Director of the GPC.

The first annual Digital Cities Summit on October 3-4 hosted by Stanford and PARC brought together an invitation-only group of ~200 global CEOs, SVPs, entrepreneurs, and policy makers at the Stanford campus.

Taking investors increased prioritization of climate finance into consideration, our new case study examines if 'being green' is rewarded in the market and takes an empirical look at decarbonization risk and stock returns.

Since the 2008 financial crisis, beneficiary organizations have been seeking ways to mitigate the risk of their investments and make better financial decisions. The latest book by GPC members, Ashby Monk, Rajiv Sharma and Duncan Sinclair, and published by Stanford University Press, offers such organizations a path forward.
