Help support our comunidad and come out to the events of Watsonville Week! Watsonville tells the stories of Latina immigrants as they work in canneries with substandard labor conditions. The play addresses the struggles of women while exploring themes of lesbianism, cultural identity, immigration, and spirituality. Written in 1996 by Cherrie Moraga and premiering on-campus, Casa Zapata brings the production home to Stanford University.
