View Invoices or Payment Status and Getting Help
To check on the status of your payment, contact the Financial Support Center (1-650-723-2772)or you may View Invoices or Payment Status if you are a "participating supplier."
Participating suppliers may review submitted invoices online and check real-time payment status. The program has been piloted with select suppliers since 2010.
If you are interested in becoming a participating supplier, contact the Financial Support Center (1-650-723-2772)to request access to view submitted invoices or check payment status. When contacting the Financial Support Center, please provide your supplier name and contact information (name, title, email address, and phone number) and request view access to supplier invoices and payment status.
