    What is New

On August 29, 2017, OMB, after consultation with EEOC and in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and its regulations at 5 CFR 1320.10 (f) and (g), initiated a review and immediate stay of the effectiveness of "Components 1 & 2" of the EEO-1 form (OMB Control # 3046-0007). "Component 1 Only" remains active and respondents should continue to use this version of the EEO-1 form to comply with their 2017 reporting requirements. The memo initiating this action can be found Here.
