Effective October 1, 2015, SuperShuttle BWI will service customers from the outer curb located just outside the baggage claim level. Due to a contract change we no longer operate ticket counters inside the BWI Airport. Our pickup location is located outside of the baggage claim level. For domestic arrivals exit door #7 or door #12, cross street to outer curb pickup zone C1. For international arrivals exit door #16, cross street to outer curb, and walk left to outer curb pickup zone C1. SuperShuttle CSRs are available at outer curb pickup zone C1 from 8am-midnight.
