The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Chemical Substance Inventory contains all existing chemical substances manufactured, processed, or imported in the United States that do not qualify for an exemption or exclusion under TSCA. This may be your starting place for interaction with EPA on TSCA regulatory matters.
EPA finalized a rule requiring manufacturers notify EPA of chemicals manufactured and processed in the past 10 years. Information from manufacturers on which chemicals are still being manufactured and processed will help inform the prioritization of chemicals for risk evaluation. TSCA Inventory Notification (Active-Inactive) Rule Reporting Webinars

EPA has scheduled three webinars to assist the regulated community with reporting under the TSCA Inventory Notification (Active-Inactive) Requirements final rule. The webinars are scheduled for 1-3 PM EDT on September 27, 2017, 1-4 PM EDT on October 25, 2017, and 1-4 PM EST on November 29, 2017.
