The Cardinal is gearing up for the 2017 season with its annual Football Open House on Sunday, August 13. Come join the fun!
This free family-friendly event is a great way to get a sneak peek at the team before their upcoming season. Activities begin with an open practice at the Elliott Practice Fields beginning at 2:45 p.m. Come meet the team, watch a full-contact scrimmage, hear from Coach David Shaw and enjoy free activities such as face painting and a photo booth. There will also be an opportunity to meet and greet the players at an autograph session from approximately 5:10-6:10 p.m.
The Cardinal will open the 2017 season with a game against Rice University at Australia's Sydney Cup on Aug. 26 (Aug. 27 in Australia)—Stanford's second game ever outside the United States! More details are on www.GoStanford.com.

Faculty and Staff Ticket Discounts
As the countdown to kickoff begins, Stanford Football is offering current eligible faculty and staff a 20 percent discount on season tickets for the 2017-18 season. Tickets start at $229 and include six home games; the discount is limited to four (4) season tickets per qualified individual. There are also special Pick-3 mini purchase plans available starting at $130. Secure your discounted tickets before the season kicks off.
Cardinal Kids Club
The start of the academic year is also the perfect time to enroll your children in the Cardinal Kids Club, the official kids club of Stanford Athletics. The program is available for all youth in 8th grade and below and was created as an affordable way to introduce families to The Farm's exemplary student athletes. Cardinal Kids Club members receive an official T-shirt, VIP pass, lanyard, birthday card, and special invitations to exclusive events and free admission to more than 75 events. Membership is purchased and renewed on an academic yearly basis. The earlier you purchase a Cardinal Kids Club membership, the more events your child can attend!
