Research indicates that relationships work best when there are healthy boundaries present and when power is shared equally. But if you are in a relationship with someone both in personal and professional realms, where you feel trapped, enmeshed, controlled, exhausted or resentful, perhaps you maybe experiencing symptoms of codependency.
In this very informative workshop, participants will:
- Reflect on their own attachment patterns and their influence on their current relationships
- Recognize the impact of unhealthy boundaries on physical health
- Identify strategies for healthy boundary setting and self care
