Federal Real Property Council

The Federal Real Property Council (FRPC) was founded in 2004 to to promote efficient and economical use of America’s real property assets and to assure management accountability for implementing federal real property management reforms. Established by Executive Order 13327, the FRPC consists of Senior Real Property Officers (SRPO), the Controller of OMB, the Administrator of General Services, and any other officials or employees permitted by the chair of the Council. The Deputy Director for Management for OMB is the chair of the Council, and OMB provides funding and administrative support to the Council.

Agency Members

The membership of the Federal Real Property Council consists of the Controller of OMB, the Administrator of General Services, the Senior Real Property Officer (SRPO) from all major landholding agencies, and any other officials or employees permitted by the chair of the Council. The Deputy Director for Management for OMB is the chair of the Council, and OMB provides funding and administrative support to the Council.
