VHIL at the U.S. Capitol
VHIL recently brought Italy's reefs to the U.S. Senate. Using our mobile lab equipment, we brought the Stanford Ocean Acidification Experience to members of Congress, USAID, and the State Department as well as other DC professionals. “This simulation shows in rich detail the damage carbon pollution inflicts on our oceans. I appreciate the Stanford Ocean Acidification Experience for calling attention to the peril our oceans face and what we must do to protect them,” says U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse.
