Aboriginal Burning Promotes Grassland Biodiversity in Australia's Desert

Woods Institute Center Fellow James Holland Jones and colleagues in the Stanford Department of Anthropology co-authored a PNAS paper suggesting that subsistence-related burning promotes biodiversity.
